  - Merge "Integrate CMNotify installer in ODLSLI POM"
  - Integrate CMNotify installer in ODLSLI POM

    CMNotify feature integration into CCSDK
    distribution. Include installer in the
    ODLSLI POM file. Done to enwure feature JAR files
    are available for successful docker execution
