Deploy 1.12.2 version of cnf-adapter

- includes a newer jre 11 base image
- fixes bug related to alphabetical processing
  of CSAR files

Introduces the ONAP Platform OOM (ONAP Operations Manager) to efficiently Deploy, Manage, Operate the ONAP platform and its components (e.g. MSO, DCAE, SDC, etc.) and infrastructure (VMs, Containers).
