  10 Heat templates should contain a minimum amount of post-orchestration
  11 configuration data. For instance, *do not* embed complex user-data
  12 scripts in the template with large numbers of configuration parameters
  13 to the Heat template.

  15 -  VNFs may provide configuration APIs for use after VNF creation. Such
  16    APIs will be invoked via application and/or SDN controllers.
